What you will do

  • Manage (own) the agenda and provide collaborative vetting of meeting requests
  • Detailed and independent travel management, handling of business and travel claims
  • Preparation of correspondence, presentations and file maintenance
  • Organize meetings and team meetings
  • Managing Market Communication and demo material, organization of events and support during tradeshows
  • Support Global Sales Operations with Global Trainings with GoToWebinar-tool and reporting of the trainings
  • Support Purchasing, IT and HR functions
  • Managing Munich office

What you will need

  • Commercial Apprenticeship/ Business Education with focus on Office Management
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years in an international (executive) management assistant role
  • Strong, confident and clear communication skills
  • High dependability, team spirit and service-oriented mindset
  • Pro-active, independently working and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative, feels at ease in an international and fast-paced environment and knows how to set priorities
  • Computer skills - MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems
  • Very good knowledge of English and German in reading and writing. Other languages are a bonus
