What You'll Do
What You'll Do
Lead high-stakes transformations across Finance, Actuarial, and Risk functions in insurance.
Design and implement sophisticated models and frameworks—capital, solvency, ALM, stress testing—that inform executive-level and board decisions.
Shape the regulatory narrative, guiding clients to create value through complex transitions like IFRS17 and Solvency II.
Convert technical depth to business value, aligning actuarial insights with strategy, CFO priorities, and performance metrics.
Nurture talent, mentoring teams of consultants, analysts, and data scientists in both methodology and impactful delivery.
Collaborate across BCG, integrating strategy, digital, AI, and climate expertise for holistic solutions.
What You'll Bring
Strong Actuarial Experience: 6–10+ years in Insurance Actuarial, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory roles. Demonstrated mastery of capital modeling, solvency frameworks, valuation, or actuarial techniques.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams, successfully delivering complex and challenging client projects.
Consulting Experience: Experience working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value. Ability to link technical rigor with broader business context and C-suite priorities.
AI & Data-Driven Perspective: Interest and experience in applying AI and advanced analytics in Finance and Risk processes to enhance efficiency and generate impact, with the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical business value and operate effectively in AI-enabled working environments.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at the C-suite level and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Fluent oral and written language skills: German (C1) and English
