Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

• 
  Offering technical advice and providing comment on inquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.

• Main product groups included in your responsibility will be contactors, motor protection switches, circuit breakers, busbars and control and singnaling devices.

• You will be the deputy of your tecnical sales support colleague which is responsible for other product groups, such like residual current circuit breakers or standard offering UPS systems (together with respective UPS Sales representatives).

• You are responsible also for the offering in SAP including taking care, that ABB internal rules are followed.

You are joinging a high motivated experienced team, where you will be able to thrive.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Electrotechnical education such as apprenticeship, HTL or bachelor's degree is a must

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar technical sales support role

• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build relationships internal and external

• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to understand applications and solve technical problems

• You are an open and team-oriented person who enjoys working with different people in various teams

• Strong willingness to learn quickly and grow into a technical expert role

• Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 52.000 gross per year (May 2025). There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
